The Create Yarmouth programme invites local people to create and perform music within Great Yarmouth, and culminates with a performance. Musicians from London Mozart Players will be running community workshops for early years to elderly, and they are working with Creative Collisions to recruit Young Promoters who will work with industry professionals.

Students from 4 schools in the region will be taking part in creative workshops with Sarah Freestone, multi-instrumentalist, composer and arranger. Together they will work on a new piece as well as orchestral repertoire by 2 WCET violin groups, to be performed at the culmination concert on Thursday 14th October at Minster, Great Yarmouth.

For this culmination event, there will be performances for school groups in the afternoon and for people connected with the participants and general public in the evening.

The schools involved in this project are: Caister Academy, Lynn Grove Academy, Woodlands Primary Academy, and Wroughton Primary Federation.
