Norwich Young Voices is a choir for young people based in the city of Norwich.
Young people from Year 7 upwards are encouraged to join our choir. We have members from Year 7 to Sixth Form and Gap Year students.
Conductor & coaching staff
The choir provides a fun and fulfilling environment with an educational ethos. Members are taught music theory and voice production skills while preparing for public performances. Norwich Young Voices follows the Voice for Life Scheme – learning about music theory and good voice care while working towards earning badges and certificates. The choir sings a wide variety of music, from choral classics to popular musical hits.
“Thank you for allowing [my daughter] to come along to Norwich Young Voices yesterday. She really enjoyed the session and the variety of songs (I think you clinched it with the song from Wicked) and would like to continue… Thank you for providing such a fun session – it’s a long time since she’s come out of a choir session smiling and laughing!” – Parent
