The competition will be judged by cellist Alexander Baillie. Admission is free with audience members welcome to come and go between performances.
On Sunday 14 January, Alexander Baillie will be giving a cello recital at 3pm in recognition of the work achieved by the Michael Badminton Young Musicians Trust over the past 20 years.
All proceeds of the recital will be donated to the trust’s work to continue supporting young string players in Norfolk. The trust is promoting the Norfolk Young Musician Competition over the weekend. Read more here.
The concert will feature works for cello by Schubert, Debussy, and Franck.
