Come and hear the culmination of the year-long Norfolk Schools Opera Project!
Through creative workshops and teacher CPD, a brand new children’s version of Mozart’s The Magic Flute has been created and will be performed on the Norwich Theatre Royal stage by over 100 KS2 pupils from Breckland. The orchestra will be made up of gifted and talented young musicians from across Norfolk and will be conducted by David Stowell.
The purpose of the project is to engage Key Stage 2 children in creative and cultural learning through the medium of opera, in order to foster a long-term relationship with the arts, enhance their school attainment, and develop their aspirations.
