Across three evenings, KS2 pupils will come together to sing and perform alongside each other and collaborate in large-scale performances.

We will be celebrating 100 years of the Forestry Commission with this year’s woodland themed concerts, featuring arrangements and original compositions for your young singers and musicians.

The performances will take place at The Salvation Army Citadel, St Giles Street, Norwich on the following dates:

Wednesday 24 April: 2.15pm – 8.30PM (concert 7PM)

Monday 29 April*: 2.15pm – 8.30PM (concert 7PM)

Wednesday 1 May: 2.15pm – 8.30PM (concert 7PM)

*There will also be a Mini CASMA morning event for KS1 groups with an 11.15AM concert on Monday 29 April.

How to take part

We have reached capacity for all CASMA performances this year.

We are also holding a meeting for all interested schools/teachers/head teachers on Thursday 8 November 2018, 4-5pm at Norwich Professional Development Centre and would like to involve you in the event from the very beginning.

Rehearsals

The rehearsals will take place in 3 schools on 4, 6 & 7 February 2019. Please let us know on the registration form if your school has enough space to accommodate 180 students for either a morning or afternoon rehearsal, with a whiteboard, piano and speakers.

CPD

There will be a CPD event for staff to learn the songs for CASMA on Thursday 17 January, from 4-5.30pm at Norwich Professional Development Centre.
