Are you aged 12-16 and interested in playing in bands, songwriting and meeting other young musicians?
On Saturday 6 April, Norfolk Music Hub in association with Access Creative College will be launching Saturday ‘Skool’.
From 10.30 to 12.30 the doors of Access Creative College on Magdalen Street, Norwich will be open to anyone aged 12-16 interested in music making, free of charge.
These sessions will provide the opportunity to jam together, get tuition from our professionals, learn how to use digital recording equipment and develop your own songwriting skills in a fun and relaxed environment.
There will also be opportunities to showcase your work on Songwriter (an online community for young songwriters) and you could also win a performance slot at Latitude Festival or FolkEast.
No experience required. If you have your own instrument bring it along but don’t worry if you don’t as plenty will be provided.
There will be 3 sessions in total, 6 April, 11 May & 6 July 2019.
