Norfolk Wherry Brass Academy Band is encouraging more young people to join the band, with the potential of performing at the National Brass Band Finals!
Rehearsals take place on a Tuesday evening between 6:00 and 7:15pm at The New Victory Hall in Neatishead. There is a large parking area and also plenty of space in the building for parents to wait.
Whilst some experience would be an advantage, the band is able to offer free tuition during the evening as well. All of the adult members that support the Academy Band hold an enhanced DBS. The use of a loaned instrument is offered too, as long as the desired instrument is available.
The cost of joining the band is only £5 per calendar month.
