We would like to invite you to a special concert at The Drill House, Great Yarmouth from 7.00pm – 8.00pm on Thursday 23 March.
Share Sound II is a project supporting music composition by young people and music teachers at four schools in Norfolk: Caister Academy, Charter Academy, City of Norwich School and Springwood High School.
Working with music leader James Redwood and a team of musicians from the BBC Concert Orchestra and Norfolk Music Service, the groups have co-created music in response to existing orchestral pieces which they will perform as a large, inclusive ensemble at the culmination event in March.
This project forms part of Create Yarmouth, a three-year residency by the BBC Concert Orchestra involving a range of community groups and audiences at Great Yarmouth, produced by Orchestras Live in partnership with Norfolk Music Hub.
We do hope you will be able to join us for this celebration of live music-making by young talent from Norfolk alongside world class professionals. Please let us know if you are able to attend completing the form below to secure your tickets for the event.
