Aldeburgh Young Musicians (AYM) is shaping the musicians of tomorrow – helping young musicians push the boundaries of what they can achieve. If you know a student who is exceptionally talented, aged 8-16 years and has the potential to be the best, our distinctive approach is the perfect springboard to take their music to a new level. Aldeburgh Young Musicians (AYM) offers the same level of experience as a junior conservatoire, but our work is delivered in a different, distinctive way, working closely in partnership with local music provision. It does not matter what type of music or instrument they play, whether they are an orchestral musician, a composer, singer songwriter, rock guitarist, kit drummer, jazz or folk musician. If they have passion and if music is their life, then they should join Aldeburgh Young Musicians and be the best! Aldeburgh Young Musicians brings together like-minded young musicians to rehearse, perform and exchange creative ideas. They create their own year-round programme, which coordinates:
