The Music for Youth Proms are back for a two-day musical extravaganza, and we are delighted that Norfolk Students’ Jazz Orchestra will be performing on Tuesday 15th November!

Join Music For Youth as they launch their new campaign – Young People Make Great Music: Support the Next Generation.

Two special evening concerts will bring young musicians from across the country back together for a spectacular concert like no other: full-scale symphony orchestras are showcased alongside some of the best young jazz bands, chamber groups, bands and singer-songwriters from across the UK; and a unique specially produced Massed Ensemble of over 400 musicians.

The Proms will feature a collaborative creative project for up to 2,000 young people led by Music for Youth Music Mentor, Adey Grummet and composed by celebrated musical director and composer Michael Henry, with performances to support and encourage young musicians and music educators. There will be surprise guests and presenters and young people taking part in technical and backstage roles. This is a not-to-be-missed musical celebration for anyone that loves music.
