Thank you for your registering your interest in your child joining the Sistema Norwich program.
In order for us to contact you regarding the possibility of enrolling your child, we need a few basic details.
Please note that in order to join the Sistema Norwich programme, children should be at least 7 years of age on 1 September.
Data protection
The data you provide on this form will be used by data processors contracted by Norfolk County Council and stored within internal servers in the UK. If the media includes images of a child or young person it will not be used two years after the date the image was taken. Data requests should be referred in the first instance to Alison Brain who can be contacted at alison.brain@norfolk.gov.uk.
