Norfolk Music Hub in partnership with Louder Than Life LTD invite you to join our virtual music workshops!

Over the past 10 years, Louder Than Life has developed a series of leading musical workshops working with around 30,000 children and young people each year.  Their World and Technology Music Workshops are not just a demonstration; they are an interactive, motivational and stimulating session.  Develop your musical skills and fully embrace the power of music first hand.


Pots and Pans Samba (6-11 year olds)

 Please note that spaces for this session are now fully booked, however please still register and we will contact you if a space becomes available.

Turn your kitchen into a Brazilian Street Carnival using everyday objects to recreate exciting South American rhythms and patterns!

To take part in this session you will need:

  • a couple of different sized pans or tins
  • a couple of wooden spoons
  • a chopping board
  • a yoghurt pot
  • dried rice or pasta
  • sellotape

No musical experience is necessary just a sense of fun and enjoyment!

Free to young people across Norfolk.

When: Wednesday 5th August,  10am for 40 minutes.


Band Lab Live (12-18 year olds)

Whether you’re into song-writing or beat creation, you can turn your phone into a portable music studio. This interactive session will show you the realms of possibility in creating your own music simply using your phone and your imagination.

To take part in this session you will need Free Band Lab for IOS / Android (downloaded and installed).
