A brand new CPD for primary settings, to look at how Charanga can be used to help with the new Ofsted education inspection framework.
This course will explore quality of music education in school through Charanga Musical School. Using units of work from Musical School, we will enable all staff to understand intent, implementation and impact; how to plan, deliver and gather evidence to demonstrate a high-quality music education that supports the importance of music education for all children.
Course participants will learn:
- How Charanga meets the requirements of the new Ofsted framework
- The subject skills and knowledge required at different ages and stages
- How to collect evidence of learning and progress
- How to support the development of a high-quality school music curriculum.
